Maybe you’ve been carrying something for a while and aren’t quite sure what to do with it.
You might be going through a difficult loss, feeling overwhelmed by a life transition, struggling in a relationship, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
Sometimes, having a space to slow down, talk things through, and feel genuinely heard can be a good place to start.
I work with adults experiencing grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, and low self-esteem.
I’m also passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ adults and providing affirming care.
My approach is warm, genuine, and non-judgmental. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as you are, without having to find the “right” words or have everything figured out.
I believe therapy works best when we work together and when you feel comfortable being honest about what’s really going on.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from Emotion-Focused, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Internal Family Systems approaches.
Together, we can explore what you’ve been experiencing, better understand patterns that may be getting in the way, and work toward feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.
If something has been weighing on you, you don’t have to wait until it feels unmanageable to reach out. I’d be happy to create a space where we can start wherever you are in your journey.
