Feeling distracted, unfulfilled, or simply out of sorts?

Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.

Through my own journey of self-discovery, I’ve come to believe that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can choose how we respond.

With the right support, meaningful change is possible.

I work from a client-centred, solution-focused approach, helping individuals develop the skills to live with greater mindfulness, intention, and self-awareness, and my goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence while building a deeper connection to your authentic self.

I also strongly believe that each person already possesses the inner strengths and resources needed for growth.

Together, we’ll explore the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that may be limiting you, while cultivating greater awareness of the present moment.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel supported, heard, and actively engaged in your therapeutic journey.

Taking a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking greater fulfillment, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and certified guided meditation facilitator who provides both in-person and virtual therapy.

With a Bachelor of Science in both Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, I returned to Ontario to complete a diploma in Social Service Work at Loyalist College in Belleville.

I began my career working in social services, supporting children and families facing a wide range of personal and systemic challenges.

Drawing on solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and evidence-informed approaches, I help clients build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and overcome life’s obstacles.

I later completed a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with self-awareness, acceptance, and intentional action.
